These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") govern the relationship between 25bd9 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "User", "Member") who registers for or uses services at 25bd9.vip. They apply to all products offered by 25bd9, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games and all other interactive entertainment accessible through the platform.

25bd9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all users to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 25bd9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. 25bd9 may request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate or institutional account registrations are not accepted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You may only hold one registered account on 25bd9 at any time. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses or payment details — are prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of any employee of 25bd9 or its affiliates.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

25bd9 supports a range of payment methods available to users in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions made through 25bd9.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 25bd9 may impose transaction limits at its discretion for security purposes.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly upon payment confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once the wagering requirement on any active bonus has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an incomplete rollover will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• 25bd9 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Any fees charged by your mobile money provider or bank are outside 25bd9's control and are the responsibility of the User.
• Verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawal funds within minutes of approval. 25bd9 reserves the right to apply additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

25bd9 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent ban.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit any feature of the service.
• Opening or operating more than one account on 25bd9 simultaneously, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform mechanics or defraud 25bd9 or any other user.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through 25bd9.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches in the 25bd9 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage of your account relationship with 25bd9.

25bd9 employs fraud detection tools and cooperates with relevant authorities to investigate suspected illegal activity. Any account found engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, all funds may be seized pending investigation, and legal action may be pursued where appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 25bd9 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 25bd9 platform or these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, 25bd9 specifically excludes liability for the following.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 25bd9 platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, internet outages, force majeure events or circumstances beyond 25bd9's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content available on the 25bd9 platform, including odds, statistics, game results or promotional material.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 25bd9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The total aggregate liability of 25bd9 to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

25bd9 reserves the right to amend, update, suspend or terminate any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, 25bd9 will endeavour to notify registered users via the contact details on their account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly between 25bd9 and the User through the platform's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to an independent third-party arbitration body.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. A failure by 25bd9 to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
